4. Automatic photography

Automatic photography, automatic photo saving, and real-time visibility of progress status; Store photo information in the database for easy retrieval; Provide a field of view image browsing function, which can achieve functions such as field of view positioning, backtracking, and re taking photos.

5. Support multiple detection standards

Supports multiple domestic and international standards, including GB/T 10561, ISO 4967, JIS G 0555, ASTM E 45, BS EN 10247, GB/T 18254, DIN 50 602, etc; Support various processing methods mentioned in the standard, such as A~E method, K method, M method, P method, etc. The system regularly updates the latest inclusion standards.

6. Automatically identify inclusions

The system automatically identifies inclusions, scratches, or microcracks and removes them; Automatic analysis of inclusion categories (marked with different colors) and automatic statistics of inclusion particle parameters; Automatically determine whether there are coarse or fine inclusions, link particles of the same type, and rate according to selected criteria. Simultaneously supporting arbitrary browsing of data and images, as well as permanent saving for review; Support editing/splitting/reassembly of inclusion particles; Support shadow correction and improve recognition accuracy; Support inter frame particle detection technology to ensure accurate inclusion size. Provide multiple statistical analysis tools: MAP chart, inclusion particle list, inclusion statistical results, histogram, etc.
